Dr. Jill Schnurer, OD
Dr. Schnurer is a leader in primary care optometry. She proudly hails from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where she obtained her B.S. in Physiology, Magna Cum Laude from Northern Michigan University. Dr. Schnurer is certified by the Michigan Board of Optometry and is licensed in the management and treatment of ocular disease. She has also practiced advanced and medical contact lens applications at Beaumont Health Systems for the last thirteen years. In her spare time, she enjoys strolling downtown Clarkston and visiting Michigan's lake shores.
Dr. Darren Smarch, OD
Dr. Smarch brings experience to Village Eyecare. He is a 2003 graduate from the Michigan College of Optometry. He is licensed by the Michigan State Board of Optometry to treat and manage ocular disease. He enjoys helping patients that require non-conventional, customized prescription lenses. Since 2017, Dr. Smarch has given added focus to the groups second location in Shelby, with their other location, Village Eyecare, in Clarkston. When not at the office, Dr. Smarch can be found on one of Michigan's great fishing rivers.
